Landmark Committee Decision

In an emergency Committee meeting last night discussing the upcoming seasons Club and Jersey colours the vote was unanimous for a change from the traditional colours.

With the Community Cup finals taking place over the next 5 days it was decided an immediate change would not be viable. Theses Community Cup Finals will be the last time you will see the traditional Hammies Red, Yellow & Black hoops on the field.

The decision was one based on being more aligned with the provincial rugby colours and as of our first game in the 2015 WP SLA season we will be wearing Blue, Black & White.

There is great excitement looking ahead as we look to effectively rebrand the club colours, jerseys and feel.

Committee Members Kegan & Tocker are both thrilled at the support from the rest of the committee and as much as they respect the history of the old Hammies colours, look to pave the way for a new different club
