After a tough weekend away we turn our attention to our first home game and it is up against Wanderers Rugby Football Club. It was initially scheduled for 16h00 but due to it being televised we needed to bring it forward to 14h30.
The Community Cup and 2015 season got off to a bang last weekend as the Hamilton 1st XV took the Great Trek up to Kathu in the Northern Cape.
An early start on Friday morning saw the boys depart Cape Town at 6 am as we took the first leg to Kimberly on SAA only to arrive to a bus that was experiencing technical issues. It is two days before our first Community Cup game of the 2015 season and the the evening before we travel. There is a long road to travel, literally and figuratively but there is one thing we are guaranteed of doing, and that is travelling it together.
